In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, and in accordance with the duty of information set out in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you, as the user, that the personal data and information you provide will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by FARMALIDER.
Purposes of the Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- To respond to and process your contact request.
- To enable you to subscribe and receive information.
- To process and manage orders for products you purchase through this website and to manage the contractual relationship arising from such purchases.

Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to provide the requested service or until you withdraw your consent. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations, which requires data to be blocked and only accessible at the request of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or competent Public Administrations during the statutory limitation period. Once that period has expired, the data will be permanently deleted.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.

FARMALIDER is committed to adopting the necessary and appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to such data. FARMALIDER also undertakes to notify the user without undue delay in the event of a personal data breach.
